Starting the new year off the back of a phenomenal customer service achievement last year which saw Lloyd Colne achieving the top position out of a 145-strong BMW Retailer network in terms of customer satisfaction, Lloyd Colne are demonstrating that they by no means wish to provide anything less than a fantastic experience to all customers who visit them.
The BMW Sales department at the Colne based retailer have been number one for customer service throughout the whole of 2018above any other BMW Centre in the country based on a customer feedback scoring process.
Customers are invited by BMW UK to review their car buying experience and Lloyd Colne BMW have achieved the highest total score based on customers reviews, personal opinions and a comprehensive scoring system.
