I find the staff to be very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Its easy and relaxed...there is always a loan car readily available... they keep you updated of the progress and cost. Repairs are always completely satisfactory.

I had an unusual problem with the car, which took a while to figure out what was wrong. However the problem was solved and rectified. All staff were very helpful, always professional, this includes the mechanics who I spoke to.

Tremendous product knowledge
Geoff Rowlinson helped me enormously. I got options of a BMW that was 1 year old, and a new one for 1st September 2018. On reflection and the deal, I was more than happy to go with the 1st September 2018 option.
