I went with a very specific 3 series specification, and the right car was found for me at the right price.
Your colleague, Sam Benson, was excellent from start to finish. He is knowledgable, has a calm yet efficient manner and was the first in the showroom to engage. (Some of the others seemed more interested in their paperwork.) Sam did well.
I booked a 90 minute service and waited at the centre until the vehicle was ready. This is essential for me as I live and work in Manchester, so with journey time it meant that I only had to allocate half a day for the service.

Good service, pick up and reception but very disappointed with me needing to fill up (10l) the Ad blue a week after the service, I would have expected this to be checked.

Did what was needed very well
Three reasons: !, I have found seat belt socket too low and difficult to engage. I was told there was no remedy. 2. I took high-intensity Ring bulbs for the sidelights, but was told cannot be fitted. 3. Handbrake needed adjusting but not done

Removing the oil filter, the filter housing fractured. LLoyd Colne stated they had 'experienced this before', was a 'warranty repair', but the part was not in stock. Delayed collection. When I drove the car away a RED transmission warning light lit!

Service was great but a light needed repair and this was to be done under warranty. Due to a delay in arranging the repair I was informed two days before it was due to happen that it could no longer be done under warranty and I would have to pay. NO
still rattling in the back , but they did fix the intial problem of the seat latch

More than satisfied. The girls at the front counter were very helpful and looked after me very well in the drinks department. Jamie the sales person helped me no end to find the perfect car for me and gave up his day off to hand over my new car.
The sales person I dealt with Jamie Critchley was very attentive and listened / advised as much as possible. I felt he went the extra mile to gain my business, which is why I purchased via him as opposed to my local dealer in Huddersfield
