Tricky trying to arrange a courtesy car. It would have been nice if the adblue was topped up and tyre pressures checked.

The work was completed ahead of schedule without any fuss or drama. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. We were given an excellent loan car.
The dealer was fantastic, Sally in the service department was very patient and professional. They went above and beyond their expected duty, and did a great job of managing the stock issue from BMW directly.
The service team at Lloyds in Colne are fantastic. They kept me up to date with news on my car when it was with them. I also mentioned a few stone chips which they sorted for me while he car was in. Car looked great on collection. Highly recommend

Friendly staff and approachable people. I did speak to the technician about a line on my windscreen. It has no damage but wipers are so noisy and technician suggested a treatment. Nothing was done has they had none in stock. Ok otherwise.

booked in for new tyres and wheel alignment. I asked for the boot lid to be looked at as it has become very stiff and difficult to open. I was told it was dealt with and lubricated. However I have found it to be exactly the same with no improvement
It depends on who is on duty. Some aspects are very good but with some other Reception staff a bit indifferent. We recently had the brake fluid changed, but a request to attend to the rear screen/tailgate wiper, which has Never worked is still off.

All the staff were friendly and the price was better than my local dealership who did not seem to want my business.
When I collected my car I noticed on the advisory that I had a puncture, repairable , but you did not ring me to ask if I wanted it repaired so I spent another half day taking it to a repairer near home when I could of had it done while there.
The service was explained, and the fact that the car needed various software updates. The nature of the updates was not fully explained, and I thought the cost of what was just a oil service to be a bit eye watering
