The service was explained, and the fact that the car needed various software updates. The nature of the updates was not fully explained, and I thought the cost of what was just a oil service to be a bit eye watering
When I collected my car I noticed on the advisory that I had a puncture, repairable , but you did not ring me to ask if I wanted it repaired so I spent another half day taking it to a repairer near home when I could of had it done while there.
All the staff were friendly and the price was better than my local dealership who did not seem to want my business.

When I came in recently to switch my wheels over to winter tyres it was difficult to fault the service provided
This problem with the brakes on my car has existed since the car was new and has been extremely difficult to resolve completely. Lloyd's have been extremely helpful and they have listened to my concerns about the brakes and acted accordingly.

A rubber seal around the drivers door needed replacing. It was not repaired; I was told would need to be rebooked. Very inconvenient. Light sensor not as sensitive as previous BMW. Asked for it to be checked but told it was alright. Its not I know.

Last visit was for change from summer to winter wheels/tyres. I waited for this to be done and pleasant supportive surroundings, decided to skip wash and vac, but in spite of that it took 1 and 1/2 hours which was quoted, but seems somewhat excessive
Excellent service. Special mention for winter wheel swap. The engineer packed my summer wheels in the boot and even marked them with position And handing.

Took over 2hrs 30mins!! 2 tyre?? The car was washed and cleaned really well, the staff were all fab. Just took too long for 2 tyres.

I had an unusual problem with the car, which took a while to figure out what was wrong. However the problem was solved and rectified. All staff were very helpful, always professional, this includes the mechanics who I spoke to.
