Purchase process was straightforward, delivery time earlier than predicted and the car is fabulous. I felt like I was in safe hands throughout.

The timing was arranged to suit my requirements and on the day of collection, the sales person (Ilsa) spent loads of time explaining everything i needed to know.

Selling heavily on customer service during sales but not backing this up with preparation. Service dept have been excellent throughout but last visit car was filthy, had a bodywork mark and seats are covered in dirt and dirty marks, have emailed Ben
