The whole process was seamless. Matt gave us a deal we couldn't turn down, found us the exact car we wanted and made sure the processwas stress free. A word about faye as well who was excellent on the handover - very knowledgable on the tech side.

Delivery day was a little bit rushed to get the sale on the books on the 31st December. The car itself was a slight disappointment as features I had thought were Msport standard. The features I've had before and thought were standard are not.

Communication was not as good as it should have been, I had to do quite a bit of chasing up from my side. Also the handover was not as comprehensive as I would have liked, though it was a very cold day for being outside as there was no handover bay.

As we never see the service work being done it is difficult to assess how well it has been done. One small moan is that my dashboard camera and rear camera had been disconnected and not connected up again. A small event , but difficult for an 86 y.o.

Everything was fine apart from someone deciding to change the charge profile on the car. They set it to only charge to 20%. I missed this when I parked up to charge in the evening because I was on my phone. Waking up with only 20% charge not helpful.

BMW Colne fixed a rattle on my dashboard. They kept the car overnight as they required a part but provided me with a courtesy car. The customer service was excellent and they kept me informed along the way. Very processional.

Had the unfortunate call to say my car had failed it's MOT when not expected. However the team did their best to make everything go smoothly thereafter and sorted me a loan car promptly so I could get home (30 mile journey). Much appreciated

The reception process was poor. I arrived at 9.45 for a 9.30-10.00 appointment and had to wait in the general waiting area for 20mins before querying the length of wait. I also had to ask for a coffee (usually offered straightaway on previous visits)

Although was offered a complimentary car clean, it was still dirty in places - I appreciate salt on roads makes cars more dirty but if offered to be cleaned, I'd expect it to be done thoroughly. No paperwork confirmation that recall work was complete
