Dylan Scott was extremely professional when dealing with what started as a casual enquiry. All the way through to the handover (the most comprehensive we have ever experienced) we were never left needing information.

Courtesy car charge was advised as being for the insurance. On reading my invoice (;presented after I had paid) I discovered this was to reduce the CDW to £50. I was not given this option nor was I told about it until I dropped off the car.

The work was an MOT test. Curiously the health check video highlighted that the bonnet struts had 'expired'. I asked the service agent what this meant and was told it just meant they were out of warranty and nothing needed to be done. Why mention it!

Lied to by the customer service advisor, ability and experience of the mechanic's identifying premium products that are reusable, professionalism of employees at that particular location. And the fact that site discard any items off the car before

I think the price was a bit steep for two plastic caps- they say the headlights had to be removed from the car to dry them out. Not sure that they were, as nothing looked like it had been disturbed.

The original visit for an MOT was followed by two further visits for tyre changes. Appropriate tyres were efficiently ordered and I was given advice regarding the mixing of tyre treads on 4 wheel drive vehicles.

They just sorted an electronic parking brake issue with ease, The car was booked in diagnosed and repaired by 9 am the following day when the part arrived. Loan car provided. Good advice given when the brake stuck in the on position.
