There was confusion re:service dates. I have a dealership service plan and I was told this did not cover the full cost. I have not received a full breakdown of costs or information about the total amount /balance of the service plan need more clarity

Spent nearly£1500 to fix a fault and one day later dashboard lights up again. got a feeling that if i take it back I will be down yet another bunch of money to fix something that the previous payment didn't fix

Surprised that I did not receive a phone call to let me know that the car was required for a 2nd day - even though I had agreed that this was ok. I had to chase progress the following day. Otherwise, the experience was very good.

Attended the garage to get the vehicle serviced, When it came to the garage washing etc the car at the end they got part way through and the person doing the vehicle then went on there lunch which then caused there to be an extra hour to wait

My car was booked in for a battery change, replacement wiper blades and a new starter motor as a result of a BMW recall. The work was carried out on time within the anticipated window. All staff from reception to the service desk were professional.
