Experience here was different since during the process the car was recalled. However, the dealership were at pains to keep me updated and did their utmost to hasten delivery of the car.

One star knocked off as charged for screenwash when reservoir was full to the brim when car was brought in. If they had put the bottle of screenwash in the car, the charge could have been justified.

As above. Every member of staff I came into contact with from receptionist to service team were exceptional. In a world where customer service levels are dropping through the floor, this was a real shock.

If you offer a car wash on a 15:00 appointment, follow through with it. I was waiting until 17:20 for a brake fluid change only to be told too late to wash it now. If it was too late at 15:00, say so. Ended the appointment on a disappointing note.
