The timing was arranged to suit my requirements and on the day of collection, the sales person (Ilsa) spent loads of time explaining everything i needed to know.

The sales staff at Lloyd Motors bent over backwards and couldn't have done more to source a car of the exact model, colour and specification that I was looking for within a very tight timeframe, whilst regularly updating me with any new information.

The work I required was booked in a.s.p. and was carried out whilst I waited. This was extremely convienient for me at the time. The service advisor listened intently to my requirements and the work was carried out as promised.
