Unlike the services last September, on this occasion the staff at Lloyd Colne listened to my requirements concerning my limitations due Asperger's and Covid shielding and arranged for my vehicle to be worked on without my need to attend the dealer.

Explain everything fully to you so you understand what has been done to the vehicle while it's been in for a job done, or to explain what it is that needs to be done or not when its been in for a check.
First Class service every time
Always respond quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. All the Service team are very efficient, and helpful, and get things sorted quickly. They never leave you " hanging on" waiting for an answer should any queries, or problems, arise.
As I am clinically vulnerable, Lloyd Colne picked the car up from home so I didn't have to risk infection.
Rik from the bodyshop went out of his way and kept me updated on regular basics by phone and emails and I will go back for any work on my car.

We were given payment options and were able to choose the right one for us. We were kept up-to-date as to when the car was likely to be ready to collect. We were given a talk whilst sat in the car on all the features internally before driving away.
