As above cost of service had to defer it until later.
The service was at a reasonable price. There was an issue found with my car that was covered under a recall. A courtesy car was arranged immediately and 2 members of staff helped me move my bags and car seat as I had my young daughter with me. 10/10
When asked for some one to show me something (tyre pressure in car) seemed that it was to much Hassel for a member of staff to show me.
Just spot on with all aspects of delivery advise and delivery of service.

This was the third time that my car had been taken back for the same fault. Also I handed my car over with half a tank of fuel and received it back with 24 miles left.
Couldn't fault it.
Service completed whilst I waited. The receptionist made me a coffee whilst I worked using the WiFi and the car was cleaned ready for my departure.
Problem diagnosed and resolved.

I was xtremely disapointed the way i got treat theh dont even deserve a zero making people like that she made me feel.very low disgusted to get treated like that by a well established recognised business when you spend so much money with your company
Sorted the problem without any hassle
See notes above, in addition we received an e mail on completion of the service from the mechanic who carried out the work, the e mail contained a short 'health check' video showing brakes, tyres and underside of vehicle.

I completed a Google Survey, stating "Lovely staff, good selection of cars. At best average after sales service" & received a public response asking me to email direct my concerns & experience. I did, but have heard nothing since. Leaves me sceptical
All work carried out quickly and to time arranged. Facilities to work whilst waiting and attentive service from reception staff who ensured all my needs were met.
Overall I was happy with my service experience, but many of my car settings have been changed and I'm not sure why

The staff are very friendly and always strive to help. They also run a very fast, efficient service.
Did required work for MOT there and then but did have a long wait and car not thoroughly cleaned as had been in the past.
The service lady was very nice but I was not told what had been done they gave me a piece of paper and my key back and showed me to my car.
My wife was picking my car up and she was left outside not knowing where my car was by the receptionist, also she was interested in buying a 2 series cabriolet and she didn't think she was taken seriously took two weeks for any body to get in touch .
Rachel and Andrew Palmer have been extremely helpful and have taken great care of me as a customer. I can only sing praises for them.
My local dealer continues to treat both my wife and I with the upmost care and fantastic service. Had to get the car recovered as I was working away and the wife was on her own with the children and Lloyd's gave excellent support

Tyres were fitted and wheel alignment carried out to suit my schedule.
Wasn't happy with being charged £85 for brake fluid. I understand that this is an extra to my service plan but the charge for such little time and the fact that the car is only 2.5 years old.
Appt mixed up but still let me come over and did my car in record time brilliant

The interest rate on the contract
Car was provided within quoted time-frame and all controls and features explained clearly on collection.
The dealership is good - I am just disappointed with the car - gutted.
Delays in picking the car up on the Monday morning meant I lost some of that 'new car' excitement so left somewhat disappointed.
The experience at BMW is excellent, from the reception staff offering coffee to the sales team everyone is very professional , keen to help and give advice.
Have dealt with this Dealer in the past and so established a good raport with them and this is why I use them. I trust them and the staff are friendly and in general helpful and do what they say they will do.

I would have rated 5 except on delivery,the pre inspections by the dealer were not to the highest standard.A number of delivery packing marks had not been properly cleaned and polished.Also lacquer failures needed to be polished out prior to handover
Car was fully prepared and immaculate. Salesman took his time to clearly explain all the functions of the car - it was a very relaxed and enjoyable session. Reception welcome and attention was first class.
Because the sales team understood what I wanted and ensured I was catered for.
