The staff that I dealt with, Anthony, Rachel and Paul were extremely co-operative and very efficient.
Lloyd Colne are an absolute pleasure to deal with in all departments. They are the best which makes it very difficult to think about any other make of car.

My car was handed over very clean. I have noticed that cleaning the engine area is not included. A simple wipe down would be good

Extremely helpful staff and quick repair turnaround. I had the fixed car back the next day which meant I didn't have to rent a hire car for a long work trip.

I went with a very specific 3 series specification, and the right car was found for me at the right price.
I booked a 90 minute service and waited at the centre until the vehicle was ready. This is essential for me as I live and work in Manchester, so with journey time it meant that I only had to allocate half a day for the service.

Vehicle booked in for reverse light failure. Fault due to water entry. During repair, rear bumper and access panel to lights scratched

Three reasons: !, I have found seat belt socket too low and difficult to engage. I was told there was no remedy. 2. I took high-intensity Ring bulbs for the sidelights, but was told cannot be fitted. 3. Handbrake needed adjusting but not done
Did what was needed very well
The garage lost my centre hub cap and I'm still waiting for a replacement several weeks later
Removing the oil filter, the filter housing fractured. LLoyd Colne stated they had 'experienced this before', was a 'warranty repair', but the part was not in stock. Delayed collection. When I drove the car away a RED transmission warning light lit!
See above . Delighted with my first BMW ! The spec is so much better than the Audi's I had in the past.
Tim the customer service representative was really great throughout the process from ordering till taking delivery of my BMW. I was constantly updated throughout.
I dealt with Sebastian Gwizdek who was quite frankly the best sales person I've come across through buying about 20 cars (mainly premium German manufacturers). He was polite, helpful, quick, not pushy and came up with a great deal.

Good salesman and handover. Only grouse is that it should have been made clear that despite paying below the £40k threshold for extra vehicle tax, the extra tax will still be due to DVLA for the next five years 'cos it is based on list price.
