Unlike the services last September, on this occasion the staff at Lloyd Colne listened to my requirements concerning my limitations due Asperger's and Covid shielding and arranged for my vehicle to be worked on without my need to attend the dealer.

Explain everything fully to you so you understand what has been done to the vehicle while it's been in for a job done, or to explain what it is that needs to be done or not when its been in for a check.
First Class service every time
Always respond quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. All the Service team are very efficient, and helpful, and get things sorted quickly. They never leave you " hanging on" waiting for an answer should any queries, or problems, arise.
As I am clinically vulnerable, Lloyd Colne picked the car up from home so I didn't have to risk infection.
Rik from the bodyshop went out of his way and kept me updated on regular basics by phone and emails and I will go back for any work on my car.
Polite friendly staff, the sales rep even remembered my name after 12 months. A very nice touch to customer service.

Rang up the day before and they fit me in straight away. I use my car for business so they gave me a 7 series to use free for 3 days so that I could continue. These guys are great and pleasant with it.

The staff at Lloyd BMW, Colne are fab. Geoff Rollinson handled my enquiry with the utmost proficiency and attention to detail. Despite the need for a low contact distance sale, all my requirements were met and my new vehicle was presented on time.
Other staff in the service department have also as helpful with the technical side enthuse difficult times
Obviously with Covid and the restrictions this placed greater difficulties, but these were overcome by the " click and collect " approach, which worked superbly.
