I was given a courtesy car unfortunately the car I was given was dirty and has not been wash, also the interior was dirty and smelly with rubbish inside and hardly any petrol left.

I needed a courtesy car as I was left a day without a car but they were unable to provide one for me unless I waited over a week for the appointment.

Friendly greeting on arrival, friendly service desk person. Car started to make a strange noise the following day and the car was accepted straight back in, problem found and fixed, plus replacement car provided for the day. Really helpful & prompt.
