Having dealt with John Edge and Amy Sanderson in sales, I found them both very friendly, courteous and helpful in all respects. The Service department fall into the same category too. The staff at Lloyds at Colne should be very proud of themselves.
This is the third bmw I've bought from them this must mean something
Car passed MOT, had 3rd party check something and they said it was good.

Car left for 24 hours for a new tyre - on collection the vehicle settings had not been recalibrated and tyre glue was left on the polished black alloys - necessitated in me returning the vehicle and waiting - had to clean the wheel myself later.

Friendly staff and approachable people. I did speak to the technician about a line on my windscreen. It has no damage but wipers are so noisy and technician suggested a treatment. Nothing was done has they had none in stock. Ok otherwise.

It depends on who is on duty. Some aspects are very good but with some other Reception staff a bit indifferent. We recently had the brake fluid changed, but a request to attend to the rear screen/tailgate wiper, which has Never worked is still off.
booked in for new tyres and wheel alignment. I asked for the boot lid to be looked at as it has become very stiff and difficult to open. I was told it was dealt with and lubricated. However I have found it to be exactly the same with no improvement
