I still have some outstanding concerns with the car which have not been fully resolved yet.
Did what was needed very well
A friendly and helpful service every time I have used you.
Three reasons: !, I have found seat belt socket too low and difficult to engage. I was told there was no remedy. 2. I took high-intensity Ring bulbs for the sidelights, but was told cannot be fitted. 3. Handbrake needed adjusting but not done
The garage lost my centre hub cap and I'm still waiting for a replacement several weeks later
Removing the oil filter, the filter housing fractured. LLoyd Colne stated they had 'experienced this before', was a 'warranty repair', but the part was not in stock. Delayed collection. When I drove the car away a RED transmission warning light lit!
No problems at all
Service was great but a light needed repair and this was to be done under warranty. Due to a delay in arranging the repair I was informed two days before it was due to happen that it could no longer be done under warranty and I would have to pay. NO
still rattling in the back , but they did fix the intial problem of the seat latch

Higher price originally quoted for a brake fluid change. It wasn't until I challenged this that the cost was reduced to the price quoted on the BMW website.

Ben took his time out to help me today, arranging a double tyre replacement instead of the single as was booked, helping out with the insurance documentation and also providing a courtesy vehicle rather than me waiting. Excellent.
Welcoming on arrival and speedy service.
Fix was diagnosed, repaired and has since returned less than a week later. Have to take time off work to take car back in etc.
Having dealt with John Edge and Amy Sanderson in sales, I found them both very friendly, courteous and helpful in all respects. The Service department fall into the same category too. The staff at Lloyds at Colne should be very proud of themselves.

Car left for 24 hours for a new tyre - on collection the vehicle settings had not been recalibrated and tyre glue was left on the polished black alloys - necessitated in me returning the vehicle and waiting - had to clean the wheel myself later.
