I original booked my service and MOT in weeks before but I couple of days before I phoned Colne branch to see what time my car would be collected to find out my car wasn’t booked in at all, so it’s a good job I phoned to check the time.

The standard of vehicle valeting could be better. The windscreen inside surface was very streaky, which did nor become apparent until mid afternoon on the day I collected the car. It made driving difficult as the sun started setting in the afternoon.
