I original booked my service and MOT in weeks before but I couple of days before I phoned Colne branch to see what time my car would be collected to find out my car wasnt booked in at all, so its a good job I phoned to check the time.
Again received a call to tell me car was ready the same day fully cleaned aswel to a high standard
Cant think of how they could improve it

Generally very satisfied although your engineer identified a potential problem at the time of the recent service but i didnt get the option to include its repair. I had to raise it as a query and come back a second time for the repair
No issues with rectifying fault, kept to the time that they indicated it would take, informed of progress and made to feel like I mattered.

The standard of vehicle valeting could be better. The windscreen inside surface was very streaky, which did nor become apparent until mid afternoon on the day I collected the car. It made driving difficult as the sun started setting in the afternoon.
