Simple mot , no fuss
Service done in a timely fashion and car returned looking immaculate. However, one item mentioned (engine 'missing' or gear shifting) still present. Giving car a good long run to see if still exists and will return car as suggested.

Everything was done perfectly in a very professional way. Rachel Palmer - Senior Service Advisor - was particularly helpful and attentive, especially with regard to the courtesy vehicle I was borrowing for the day and the extended warranty details.
Lloyds Colne are a far superior dealership than Bowker in Blackburn.The staff are far more friendly ( and polite). I was kept informed of progress with my car s service and it was returned to me valeted and ready to go! Great dealership,thanks.

I know that when the car goes in the job will be done in the allotted time as specified. I'm not completely satisfied as the bonnet of my car wasn't totally secure when it had been opened.
