The staff at Lloyd Colne have always provided polite, professional and friendly service with good advice and no pressure. I travel 350 miles to use their service because it is so good. It is in a different league to our local BMW dealer.

I needed a courtesy car as I was left a day without a car but they were unable to provide one for me unless I waited over a week for the appointment.
Friendly greeting on arrival, friendly service desk person. Car started to make a strange noise the following day and the car was accepted straight back in, problem found and fixed, plus replacement car provided for the day. Really helpful & prompt.

Seb got me a great deal on the car I wanted and the delivery of the car was timed perfectly for me.
I found that dealer was always promising to call me back and never did so I had to keep chasing for information and to answer certain questions I had. Towards delivery the dealer was more attentive and kept me more updated.
Matt Shannon in sales was excellent, kept us up to date throughout the process. Understood from the beginning what we wanted.
